We use 2x3 tubing that is 3/16" thickness....We jig weld our frames. The length of the 27T frame is 128 inches long but for the big block we extend is a couple of inches and it is 26 1/2" OD width in the front and tapers back to 30 1/2 in the back. All brackets are welded and there is no welding required for our frame.
